Support Groups for Caregivers — Self Help

Self-help groups are groups of people who come together to provide mutual support for each other. They are often informal, and are usually organized by people within a community vs. an organization. They are often led by individuals who have experience or an interest in a topic, but who do not typically have clinical degrees or formal training facilitating groups.
